About the Voice for the Voiceless

Serena Dye is a nationally recognized nonprofit leader, speaker, and author whose life’s work centers on bringing hope and healing to women and families in crisis.

As the former Executive Director of a large nonprofit serving hundreds of single mothers and women facing unplanned pregnancies each year, Serena pioneered innovative programs such as virtual and in-person community baby showers—fulfilling complete registries through nationwide generosity and empowering women to choose life with confidence. Under her leadership, the organization moved from deficit to surplus, increasing net profit by more than 500% through strategic donor development and sustainable fundraising practices.

Serena’s influence has reached from local communities to the national stage. She has visited the White House, spoken at Supreme Court sessions, and participated in Senate and House hearings across America. Her message has appeared on billboards nationwide, and she has been featured on numerous television programs, including a recent interview with Jen Mallon in Tampa, Florida.

The author of Becoming a Voice, Serena shares her powerful story of overcoming trauma and abuse in churches, women’s events, and advocacy forums across the country. Her passion is to help women heal, discover their true identity, and thrive as mothers, leaders, and catalysts for change.

Serena believes that now more than ever, the world needs voices for the voiceless—and she is committed to raising up those voices wherever hope and courage are needed.

True and Pure Compassion involves looking after those who are vulnerable, like orphans and widows, in their times of difficulty, while also staying true to your values and avoiding being influenced by the wrong aspects of the world.
