The Mosaic Initiative exists to bridge the gap for women and children in crisis.

THE HEARTBEAT OF CtC

The Mosaic Initiative is the heartbeat of Changing the Culture.

Every table gathering, every discipleship moment, every home church we build, every voice we raise, every offering we receive — it all exists to rescue and restore women and children in crisis.

Broken families are the front lines of spiritual warfare in our nation. Domestic instability, homelessness, abandonment, and trafficking are destroying homes faster than the Church is rebuilding them. But we believe the Church is still God’s answer.

So we are stepping into the places most people avoid.

THE PLAN IS SIMPLE

Rescue

We respond to women and children who have nowhere safe to go. When a mother flees abuse, when a child needs protection, when a family is on the edge of collapse — we step in. Immediately. Practically. Compassionately.

Restore

Emergency housing becomes real healing. Crisis care becomes discipleship. Trauma becomes testimony. We walk with families until they are whole, stable, and rooted again.

Rebuild

We create long term pathways that lead to generational transformation: stable housing, employment support, community, home church, and spiritual formation. We are not building shelters. We are building futures.
